Travel on Irelands Wild Atlantic Way and other scenic drives throughout the country, visiting hidden gems known to our guide and also see the wonders of Connemara, the Ring of Kerry, the Boyne Valley or the Giants Causeway.

Specialist tours can cover historical sites, castles, sites of archaeological interest and you have the freedom to design a tour that suits you and allows you to experience walking, golf, bird watching, fishing, music, folklore or any of the vast experiences Ireland offers.

Our personal consultant will liaise with you to plan each detail and the overall feel of your tour. Individuals and small groups of up to 4 are our speciality to ensure maximum quality, enjoyment and flexibility, but we can cater for larger groups in certain circumstances. Go to places standard tours do not, experience Ireland as the Irish do.

Our wish is to give you an experience that will always remain with you.

Our guide is experienced in all aspects of travel and will share his personal knowledge of Ireland with you.

We look forward to hearing from you,

Joseph McCooey, Senior Tour Guide.

ABOUT JOSEPH, ARCHEOLOGIST

Archaeology has always been Josephs passion and he also has a huge interest in local history.

He has extensive knowledge of areas not on standard tourism routes, which are hidden gems and reflective of true Irish life over the centuries.

Joseph is interested and passionate about the need to preserve monuments for future generations and to regenerate community interest in and support for monuments and buildings of archaeological and historical importance.

He became interested in the ruin of the medieval Killilagh Church in the Doolin area and undertook to stabilise, to restore and to stop further deterioration in the condition of the fabric of the building, on a phased basis.

He is working on a graveyard survey at Killilagh and aims to link Doolin with the Irish diaspora in the USA

Joseph is currently working on organising another educational dig at Quin, Co Clare, does regular lectures for Community Groups, local historical societies and for his peers.
